What are the latest employee evalution trends?


Performance Appraisal: The performance of an employee is evaluated on the quarterly,half-yearly or yearly basis depending upon the organisation you are working.
They are as follows:
a)180 degree appraisal where the immediate supervisor evaluates your performance on monthly basis.
b)360 degree appraisal where the immediate supervisor,peers,subordinates as well as the top management also get involved in this appraisal.
