The Employment Exchange offers a variety of services year-round to the ASC membership.

  • The Employment Exchange provides a web-based listing service whereby employers can advertise position openings, and ASC members can publicize their availability for employment. The fee schedule is as follows: $200 for the first month, $150 for the second month, and $100 for each month thereafter.  Candidate listings are done at no charge.
  • The Employment Exchange serves as the conduit for print ads that appear in ASC's newsletter, THE CRIMINOLOGIST. There is a $175 charge for this service (no logos, 250 words max. or see other ad rates).
  • The Employment Exchange provides an assortment of links to other job-related resources on the web. 
At the annual ASC meeting in November, the Employment Exchange offers a variety of services to facilitate employment-related contacts and discussions. This services include:

  • Multiple copies of ring binders are made available that contain printed copies of position announcements. These position announcements are the same as those appearing on the web around the time of the meeting, and this service is included in the $100 fee for the web listing. Position listings submitted at the annual meeting will be posted on the web shortly after the end of the meeting.
  • Multiple copies of ring binders are made available that contain printed copies of candidate information. These candidate listings are the same as those appearing on the web around the time of the meeting, and there is no charge for this service. Candidate listings submitted at the annual meeting will be posted on the web shortly after the end of the meeting.
  • A bulletin board message service is offered to facilitate contact between employers and candidates.
  • Space is made available for employment-related discussions or interviews.
